Anybody can volunteer inside Vare-Washington! You do not have to be a family member or guardian to volunteer. Thank you for volunteering your time and energy to Vare-Washington!
Step 1: Complete the School District of Philadelphia’s Volunteer Packet!
In order to volunteer inside the school building with students, all volunteers must submit a completed volunteer packet. Submit completed packet to Ms. Snyder in the main office.
Ways to Get Involved:
- Attend monthly HSA and/or Friends of Vare-Washington (FoVW) meetings! Volunteer paperwork is not required to attend meetings.
- Join the HSA and/or FoVW email lists to stay up-to-date on the latest events.
- Sign up to help out at school events, including:
- Movie Nights
- Boo and Cupid Grams
- FREE Book Fairs
- Ryan Howard Library
- Bake Sales
- Holiday Shoppe
- Family Fun Color Run
- Field Day
- Pride Festival
- and more!
